Weekend Roundup

Happy May! I am so excited for may to be here! We have so much fun packed into this month and I can’t wait to get it all started.

I feel like I am a broken record with these weekend updates anymore. I guess you could say that we have a pretty established spring routine.

Our Friday night followed the standard of all our Friday nights. Pizza.

But no spring day is complete for a toddler until we break out the bubbles (and spill them all over the porch, lol).

Somewhere along the way we started losing our clothes. We get pretty wild on the weekends.

On Saturday morning the boys and I headed to a birthday party for one of Hank’s classmates at the trampoline park. He and this little girl get along so well so he was so excited for her party and they all had a great time. They had trampoline socks for any Moms or Dads that wanted to jump too so I was all over that!

Hank and the birthday girl.

After the party I headed over to a friend’s baby shower where I took practically no pictures. The couple is just the sweetest and I am so excited to share their joy for their new little boy.

The next stop on our Saturday adventure was into the city for the home opener for the AFL team. It was a work related event for Kevin but the team holds a spot in my heart as well.

The boys were VERY excited about their tattoos, if you can’t tell.

Our Sunday was lazy with swim lessons, a trip to the food store, lunch on the porch, track, and ice cream. Again, we definitely have a routine.

Our attempt at a selfie at their race.

I hope everyone had a wonderful and recharging weekend. See you again tomorrow!

Maybe I can convince my kids to run if I offer them some ice cream, too! They may actually be motivated by that! I’ve got to get them trained to at least walk for a few miles to prep for Disney. Have a great week ahead!
